As an owner, when will I receive my rental income?

On or before the 25th of each month, the owner will receive payment for the money collected. The method of payment used by the tenant determines when rent can be paid to an owner. Due to the fact that we must wait for the check to completely clear our account before it can be remitted to the owner, rent payments in cash or cash equivalent can be made faster than with a check.
