Encompass was started with a simple idea: clients deserve a manager who is also an owner. Our founder has owned and leased property in Central Missouri since 2014, and after years inside a large corporate group he saw exactly what the big firms get wrong. Encompass was built to do it right.

We specialize in developing and implementing efficient, cost-effective systems, processes, and technologies that maximize the return on your property, provide full financial transparency, and maintain the condition and value of every home we manage. In just a few years Encompass has grown into one of the area's trusted names, managing hundreds of homes across Central Missouri.
